Gaska Tape's SO500 Series is a specifically formulated, soft cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam that can be produced with or without adhesive on one side.

SO500 is formulated and manufactured for applications that require a very soft product with a very low force to compress.

This product has been specifically formulated to meet or exceed the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 302A.

Developed initially to provide an economical seal between pickup truck caps and body side rails. Today, Cap Tape® is used effectively for a variety of non-critical sealing applications, such as weather-stripping.

Gaska Tape's V600 series can be produced with or without adhesive on one side, as well as cast-on a permanent polyester film to the opposite side.

Gaska Tape's LD series is a soft, low-density, closed-cell PVC foam for general industrial applications. The LD Seires is ideal where cost is a critical factor. Designed to solve you application problems, the LD Series will conform to irregular surfaces and curves.

This material is generally used to seal, chusion, insulate, and dampen vibration in a variety of industrial applications.

LC Series products are excellent alternatives to low permeability urethane where long product life is critical. This foam is excellent for use in applications requiring a low force to compress.

Gaska Tape's LC700 Series is specially formulated, soft, closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam that can be produced with or without adhesive on one side, as well as a permanent cast-on polyester film to the opposite side.

Gaska Tape's A600 Series product is a light density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam. This economical, general-purpose foam tape is manufactured for use in applications requiring positive seals on irregular surfaces or when flex and conformability to seal tight radius curves are critical considerations

Characteristics common to all closed-cell vinyl foam products include the ability to make a long life seal against air, moisture, light and dust penetration. Closed-cell vinyl foam completely seals out air, moisture, light and dust when compressed 30% or more.

Gaska Tape's V1520 Series product is a medium density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam coated on both sides with an aggressive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, A3, and an 84# polycoated two-side, brown kraft liner.

V1526 is the same medium density foam A3 adhesive coated on both sides, but incorporating a 5-mil blue propylene film liner.

V1526SA is coated both sides with a solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, S3, and a 5-mil blue polypropylene film liner. Gaska Tape's V1526SA has a six-month shelf life with the solvent adhesive.

Tested and approved to AAMA810.1-92 expanded cellular glazing tapes.

Gaska Tape's V2500 Series product is a heavy density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam. Designed for use in the most demanding foam sealing or cushoning applications. High internal strength resists pressure from outside forces and high hardness resists deterioration.

ECO SEAL® SERIES FOAMS (ESL600 & ESL1000) Click to inquire

Closed-cell Eco Seal Series® foams (ESL) are specifically formulated for sophisticated industrial, automotive and construction applications.

ESL600, light density foam is easily flexed and compressed and exhibits excellent conformability. Test results demonstrate that ESL600 can be classified to 2 CO (SCE40) as specified by ASTM d1056 and SAEJ18.

ESL1000 is a medium density foam that exhibits good conformability with excellent dimensional stability. Test results demonstrate that ESL1000 can be classified to 2C1 (SCE 41) as specified by ASTM D1056 and SAEJ18.

Revolutionary in composition, Eco Seal Series® foam products compete favorably with high end rubbers such as EPDM, Nitrile, SBR Blends, ECH, EPT and (depending upon the application) heavy density urethane foam.

Eco Seal® series products are closed-cell foam tapes specially designed for sophisticated industrial, automotive, medical and construction applications.

ESL1500 medium density foam exhibits greater dimensional stability, cushioning properties and vibration dampening qualities. Test results demonstrate that ESL1500 can be classified to 2 CO (SCE42) as specified by ASTM D1056 and SAEJ18.

ESL2100 heavy density foam exhibits excellent physical properties and abrasion resistance, as well as vibration reduction. Sound deadening and cushioning characteristics are also enhanced. The ESL2100 competes with heavy density urethane in some applications. Test results demonstrate that ESL2100 can be classified to 2 B3 (SCE/SBE43) as specified by ASTM D1056 and SAEJ18.

Eco Seal® Series products are specially formulated closed-cell foam tapes. This series can be considered for more sophisticated medical applications. The heavy density Eco Seal® Series exhibits superior elasticity, conformability and drape properties. It is well suited for direct skin contact in medical applications.

Gaska Tape's Eco Seal® Series foams exhibit good conformability with excellent dimensional stability, cushioning properties and vibration dampening qualities. Test results demonstrate that Eco Seal® Series can be classified to SAEJ182C (SCE 42) as specified by ASTM 1056.

Gaska Tape's VK Series products are available as a medium or high density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam. Designed specifically as a spacer in structural silicone curtain wall applications.

Both products are coated on each side with an aggressive, high performance S3 solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and covered with a 5-mil blue polypropylene film liner.

Can also be used in a wide variety of other applications that previously relied on costly high-density urethane gaskets for spacing, vibration dampening or cushioning.

Gaska Hi Bond® Adhesive System (GHB™) consists of a foamed acrylic core that is coated on both sides with high performance acrylic adhesives. This adhesive system provides excellent long-term holding power. The tape incorporates a strong closed-cell foamed core that conforms to a wide variety of substrates providing a superior bond.

GHB tapes are well suited for interior and exterior applications and in many instances can replace rivets, screws, welds and liquid adhesives. GHB tapes will bond to most dry, clean, oil free surfaces and provide bond strengths along with dynamic shear that is significantly higher than typical pressure-sensitive tapes.

V612-FR SERIES (VYN-ALUM) Click to inquire

V612-FR consists of closed-cell Polvinyl Chloride foam permanently cast-on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Vyn-Alum acts as an effective insulator and prevents condensation or moisture build-up on surfaces to which it is applied.

V612-FR is a special formulation that meets Building Materials Specification FHC 25/50 flame and smoke spread index (UL 723 Test Method).

Gaska Tape's C800 Series line of cling foam offers a choice of materials depending upon the requirements of the application. The C800 Series is low density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam with the unigue ability to bond to non-porous surfaces without an adhesive. It comes on a special high-gloss paper to protect the cling surface. Cling Foam® leaves no residue when removed.

C810 is the same low density product; coated on the opposite laminating side with a pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Gaska Tape's EP900 Series is a medium density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam. Previous testing of a high quality, die cut part (shaped for use as an ear plug) of .780" thickness and 0.53" diameter resulted in an average NRR rating of 31.3 when measured from 125 to 8000 Hertz (five subjects, average of nine hertz readings [Mean-2 times Standard Deviation]).

Gaska Tape's L1000 Series is designed to meet the extreme demands of the log home industry. Log Tite® Foam makes a permanent weather-tight seal while eliminating concern over "log float" during construction and provides an airtight seal after construction. The L1000 Series products are medium density closed-cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam.

The L1000 Series is available as L1010 with A1, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Adhesive on one side allows for a quick waste-free application.

Almost all Gaska Tape Inc. products are coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives. They offer performance advantages over other types of compositions. Acrylic adhesives (PSAs) exhibit good ultraviolet and exterior durability, excellent chemical resistance and a broad range of service temperatures. These adhesives are characterized or defined by Tack, Peel, and Shear.

POLYOLEFIN GLAZING TAPES(EG 620) Click to inquire

Gaska Tape’s EG series of products are high performance closed-cell, cross linked polyolefin foam tapes. They are coated on both sides with an highly aggressive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, that adheres well to a wide variety of surfaces.

These products are available with a blue polyolefin film liner or on an 84# polycoated two side, brown kraft liner. All products have been tested according to AAMA 800-05, section 1.6, 810.1-05 Expanded Cellular Glazing Tape, Type 1, and exceed the specification requirements. All products are available in white or black.

Gaska Tape’s EPDM series of products are high performance rubber seals for a wide variety of applications. These weather seals are designed for automotive, marine, and a wide variety of industrial applications.

EPDM is a highly stable, closed-cell polymer that will not absorb or hold moisture, and is not affected by temperature extremes. EPDM also demonstrates high electrical insulative properties. Unlike most elstomers, it exhibits superior UV resistance.
